Corin Nemec’s career spans decades and has been nonstop since he first started at age 12 with a supporting role as the son of Jeff Bridges in the Francis Coppola film, TUCKER. Not long after, Corin starred opposite Emmanuel Lewis as his live-in cousin on the hit series, WEBSTER. Nemec rode a fine line of dramatic and comedic work ever since, receiving an EMMY NOMINATION for his portrayal of Steven Staynor in the critically acclaimed Mini-series, I KNOW MY FIRST NAME IS STEVEN, while also starring that same year in the cult-classic TV comedy, WHAT’S ALAN WATCHING, with Eddie Murphy. His first foray into Science Fiction came in his teens, starring in SOLAR CRISIS, with Jack Palance, Peter Boyle, Tim Matheson, and Charlton Heston. Corin was then picked to play Parker Lewis in the series for FOX, PARKER LEWIS CAN’T LOSE, which gained him 3 Youth in Film Award wins. His time spent doing dramatic work also kept his reputation as a serious actor up, and over the next 10 years he bounced back and forth between comedy and drama, starring opposite incredible actors in shows such as THE STAND, OPERATION DUMBO DROP, DROP ZONE, BLACKOUT, BLADESQUAD, guest starring on GHOST WISPERER, SMALLVILLE, SUPERNATURAL, and as Jonas Quinn in the hit series STARGATE SG1. Since then, Corin has been writing and producing films and Television, adding to an already long and wide-ranging career. His latest films just released, find him starring opposite Heather Graham and Tom Hopper in PLACE OF BONES, wrote and acted in DEAD MAN’S HAND with Stephen Dorff and Cole Hauser. With over 120 films and TV shows under his belt, he has half a dozen films set to be released over the next year, and many more recently put out. He is the author of several books, one novel and a Book on Acting, and a poet with three books of prose, plus books of photography and street art.
